Minutes of September 5, 2007: Motion Made by Robert MacDonald accept minutes as written. Second by Jan Hagan Vote: Yes- 7 No —0 Conservation Agent Robert Murphy expressed concern to ConCom regarding the misuse of engineers stamped plans. Today's new technology a plan can be scanned electronically with engineers stamp, changes can be made without the engineer's knowledge. Due to liability laws, engineers can be accused of changes that were not made by their company, recommendation is to use "As Built Plans" where there stamp is provided. Ribelin Land Surveyors, 10 Withington Circle, Canton, Ma bring up concern due to the misuse of plans. 02021. 7:10 P.M. Maria Caulfield 1 Adrienne Drive AMOOC DEP# 124-971C Represented by Paul 13rodmerkle, Site Design Professionals, plans submitted. Motion Made by Jan Hagan to accept new amended plans for AMOOC DEP# 124-971C. Seconded by Robert MacDonald Vote: Yes — 7 No —0 Mr. Brodmerkle explains to ConCom that an additional survey had to be conducted; variance 20' off property line, actual is 20'.4. Mr. Brodmerkle further explains the new plans as follows: • Extension to existing town drain • Extended pipe off existing pipe • Discharge is 10' farther down stream • 23'.4 off new pipe • Old drainage ditch to be covered • No erosion in wetlands • Addition of (1) one story garage close to existing drainage ditch. Mr. Brodrnerkle asking permission to go forward with project. Conservation Agent Robert Murphy has no changes for AMOOC DEP# 124-971C.
