Conservation Agent Robert Murphy recommends that an independent third party review wetland lines and to have money put aside for this review. Mr. Murphy further recommends that the vernal pool be monitored for activity. Mr. Varrell explained that back in May the vernal pool was observed, snail shells found and vernal pool was dried up. Environmental Impact study report needs to be submitted and sediment report has not been submitted which may cause a red flag. Conservation Agent Robert Murphy recommends Kathy Nadeau of Wetland Works to conduct the third party wetland review.
