7:05 P.M. Amended of Notice of Intent for John & Mary T. O'Connor 10 Chase Road. —DEP# 124-873
Paul Brodrnerkle of Toomey & Munson representing Mr. & Mrs. O'Connor is proposing construction of a two-
foot high retaining wall, approximately five-foot up gradient of the thirty foot buffer zone to facilitate grading
of front yard. This wall will essentially terminate the paper street — Chase Road
Mr. Friel questioned-the-discrepancy in addresses listed in the-legal notice and on the amended NOI. Mr.
Murphy suggested that the original NO1 was listed as 39 Fuller St. Chase Road is located alongside 39 Fuller
St., and is considered only a paper road on town records. It was noted that the notice to abutters had the correct
address. None of the commissioners felt that this administrative error posed any problem to the process.

Amended Notice of Intent from Mark Golding 63 Indian Lane DEP# 124-928C
Jim Decelle of Deeelle Group, representing Mark Golding is proposing the construction of a 10 foot wide
driveway across Isolated Land Subject of Flooding (ILSF) within the limits of a 20 ft wide private way; i.e.
Dinah Street. Drive way will be along side a driveway for 57 Indian Lane.
Canton By-Law violation occurred a few years ago when fill was dumped into the ILSF. Previous access to 59
Indian Lane is no longer available. This is an attempt to remedy the violation and provide access to the property
at 59 Indian Lane.
Mr. Murphy suggested revisions to plan that show amount of fill to be removed and specifics of grading to
allow emergency vehicle access to 59 Indian Lane. Mr. Doe suggested tree plantings, which were previously
removed to be replicated on the new plans. Mr. Lynch suggested that in lieu of fines that the driveway be paved
instead of gravel. Ms. Hagan requested that a sketch of the driveway on 59 Indian Lane be included in revised
plan to see-the-relation between this proposed driveway and the-existing one
