CANTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION PEQUITSIDE FARM 79 PLEASANT Si REET CANTON, MA 02021 May 8, 2003 — Regular Meeting Attendance: James Roache, Chairman, Ed Lynch, David McLelland, Bob Doe, Jr., and Jan Hagan Absent: John Burke, Vice-Chairman, Marge Anderson, Clerk Conservation Agent: Robert Murphy Recording Secretary: Diane Shannon The Chairman called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. at Pequitside Farm, Canton Massachusetts. Minutes: Reviewed from previous meeting April 16, 2003, accepted with changes. Motion made by Ed Lynch and seconded by David McLelland, VOTE was unanimous. Minutes from February to be corrected and accepted with changes. Other Business: Brian Wanless, 50 Angela Street, IRFD. Motion to issue a Negative determination made by Bob Doe, Jr. and seconded by Jan Hagan, VOTE was unanimous Angel Zayas, 2 Pine Cone Road, IRFD, Motion to issue a Negative determination made by Bob Doe, Jr. and seconded by Jan Hagan, VOTE was unanimous Dwight D. Seaman, 79 Spring Lane, Motion to issue a Negative determination made by Bob Doe, Jr. and seconded by Jan Hagan, VOTE was unanimous David Poshkus, 117 Mechanic Street, IRFD, Motion to issue a Negative determination made by Bob Doe, Jr. and seconded by Jan Hagan, VOTE was unanimous John S. Marini, 21 Wall Street, IRFD, Motion to issue a Negative determination made by Bob Doe, Jr. and seconded by Jan Hagan, VOTE was unanimous Luce School, IRFD, Motion to issue a Negative determination made by Ed Lynch and seconded by Dave McLelland, VOTE was unanimous Blue Hills Country Club, 23, Pecunit Street, Enforcement Order to be issued. Seven violations noted, perhaps more, to stream bank and buffer zone. Army Core of Engineers and EPA to become involved. Cease and Desist order to be reinforced. Century Drive, resident filled stream, built addition; and changed topography and vegetation Neighbors upset. Town Counsel to be notified.
