CANTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION 
February 5, 2003 
REGULAR MEETING

The meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 7:00 p.m. at Pequitside Farm, Canton, Massachusetts. 
GENERAL BUSINESS: 
1. The minutes of the January 15, 2002 meeting were reviewed and corrected. Motion 
to accept the minutes as corrected was made by David McLelland, seconded by Bob Doe. 
Vote: 5 in favor; 1 abstention (Jan didn't attend the January 15th meeting) 
PUBLIC HEARINGS: 
1. Allied Realty Trust, 4 Whitman Road. DEP File #124-802. See Public Hearing attached. 
2. Canton DPW, Wardwell Road (Revocation). See Public Hearing attached. 
CONTINUATIONS: 
Ward Well Realty Trust, Pleasant St. & Ward Well Road, DEP File #124-863. 
John Rhoads of Toomey Munson and Associates presented. 
Patricia Cassidy reviewed the flags and area. Three changes were identified. A two 
week extension was granted so everyone has an opportunity to review Trisha's report. 
Ed Lynch reiterated that no building in the 200 foot buffer zone has been agreed to yet. 
Flags need to be seen by the commission members. The flags can be reset if need be. It 
was requested that the plans show flow arrows of the stream. 
Motion to continue the hearing until February 19, 2003 was made by Bob Doe and seconded by David McLelland.
