Timothy Richard, Town Planner Thomas Houston, Professional Services Corporation Karen Lawlor, Planning Board Administrative Assistant Chairman Jeremy Comeau called to order the Planning Board meeting of APAR 1, 20715 at 7.00 p.m. First Item on the Agenda - ANR - 238 ROCIZIAND STREET (Wm. & Mary Grant Michael Morris of Norwood Engineering Co., Inc., introduced himself and explained that the existing lot is to be subdivided into two lots, proposed Lot A and proposed Lot B (Lot B is to be conveyed to and combined with the adjacent property). A motion was made by Ms. McClain and seconded by Mr. Mitcheroney to Approve an ANR Lot Division Plan 238 Rockland Street dated September 29, 2014 and prepared by Norwood Engineering Co., Inc., 1410 Route One, Norwood, MA 02o62. Motion Approved 4 -0. Next Item on the Agenda ( 2) - ANR - 156 -158 WALPOLE STREET (Springdale Gardens, LLC) Scott Lenhart of Springdale Gardens, LLC, explained he is creating a new lot and the remaining lot has the requisite frontage on a public way. A motion was made by Ms. McClain and seconded by Mr. Mitcheroney to Approve a Plan of Land 156 -158 Walpole Street in Canton, Massachusetts prepared for Springdale Gardens LLC dated February 23, 2015 and prepared by Arthur F. Borden & Associates, Inc. Motion Approved 4 -0. Mr. Comeau explained that he is taking some of these items out of order.
