Minutes of the meeting of April 30, 2015

Chairman Carroll opened the meeting at 7:03 pm and summarizes the April 9, 2015 
hearing about the cell tower at Bank of Canton for Verizon Wireless. 
Canton Institution for Savings / Bell Atlantic Mobile of MA Corp Ltd d/b /a Verizon 
Wireless — 490 Turnpike Street — 48 -14 -Mod SPA -SP -V_ (PC, im. U) 
Attorney Michael Giaimo states he sent a supplemental information package which 
summarized the previous meeting and provided more technical details to follow up on 
comments made by Mr. Bob Corkery. Mr. Feeney thanks everyone for giving him the 
time to review the information and appreciates the testimony by Mr. Corkery. 
Mr. Bob Corkery, owner of cell tower on Turnpike Street, thanks the Petitioner for sending 
him a copy of the supplemental information given to the Board. Mr. Corkery states the `E' 
diagram of the site showing longitude, latitude, and topo are wrong and it isn't stamped by 
an Engineer. 
Chairman Carroll concurs with Mr. Feeney about Mr. Corkery's persistence and 
thoroughness. 
Atty Giaimo states that exhibit `E' is a computer generated model of the antenna coverage 
and it isn't linear measurements. Atty Giaimo states exhibit `B' shows where cell 
coverage will be improved with the new cell tower. 
Mr. Marini asks if a certified plot plan will be provided when requesting a building permit.

Mr. Feeney makes a motion for Bank of Canton/Canton Institution for Savings/Bell 
Atlantic Mobile of MA Corp Ltd d/b /a Verizon Wireless for a special permit to modify the 
site plan and construct a cell tower in conformity with designs labeled Exhibit `A' and to 
provide a certified plot plan to the Board upon completion. Vote 3 -0 approve. 
Mr. Corkery states he will not appeal this decision.

Chairman Carroll states Atty Schneiders informed him of a busy agenda on June 11, 2015 
and requested to open the hearing on July 23, 2015. Atty Schneiders states he will be in
