First Item on the Agenda ( 1 ) CP -ZBL -2 (Article 25) Amend the Zoning By -Law
by deleting Section 9.5.3 and inserting new language to allow Town Meeting to

(continued from Febru rY 4, 2015)
Attorney Schneiders explained that by right the applicant could put an office building on
this property but they would like to put a hotel there. They only hotel in this area is the
Homeward Suites and there are never rooms available and there are no conference
rooms there. They would like to build a hotel with three conference rooms. The social
revenues would be great for the Town. The revenue on the land is $1o,000.00. If you
build a hotel the revenue without a restaurant would be approximately $500,000.00
and with a restaurant approximately $590,0004600,000. A 65,000.00 square foot
office building would generate approximately $140,00 in revenue.
