Wayside Lane is complete with a few minor exceptions and Roads D & B are fully paved. He further explained that he has no issue with the Cost to Complete and wanted the Board to accept a home on Lynn Street as surety which has no direct frontage in the subdivision but directly abuts it. The home is appraised for approximately $479,00o and Mr. Houston's Cost to Complete is at $520,000. Further, Mr. Considine explained there was a minor survey error and he feels this is a minor modification. The error was only a matter of inches and there are no zoning issues.
