TOWN OF CANTON PLANNING BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 7, 2015 SALAH MEETING ROOM X7:00 P.M. TOWN HALL MINUTES Present: Jeremy Comeau, Chairman Tori McClain, Vice Chairman Michael Mitcheroney, Clerk Christopher Connolly George Jenkins Also present: Thomas Houston, Professional Services Corporation Karen Lawlor, Planning Board Administrative Assistant Chairman Jeremy Comeau called to order the Planning Board meeting of January 7, 2015 at '7:00 p.m and explained he is taking some of the Items out of order. First Item on the Agenda - OTIS WAY (36� Chapman Street) — Paul Feldman — Review and Return of Bond Money. Mr. Feldman has met with Mr. Houston and Mr. Sanderson and everything is done except the As -Built Plan. All the money in escrow should be returned except for $5,000. This is not ready for street acceptance and he is leaving that up to the Homeowner's Association. Mr. Houston stated that is correct and everything but the As -Built is done. A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins and seconded by Ms. McClain to release the Bond and hold $5,00o and return the rest of the money to the Builder of Otis Way. Motion passes 5 -0. Next Item on the Agenda - (ANR) — 27 ELM STREET (Eileen Ward, Owner) Paul Brodmerkle, Site Design) Mr. Brodmerkle explained that this is the same ANR Plan that was approved last June. There is more than loo' of frontage and over 30,000 square feet of land. This is a Land Court version of the same plan with a very slight change to the rear.
