Chairman Jeremy Comeau called to order the Planning Board meeting of
December 3, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. He explained that he is taking a few items
out of order.
First Item on the Agenda — COMMERCE WAY (Revere Street) (Request for
Modification of Decision) (Paul A. Schneiders, Attorney)
Attorney Schneider explained that the when the Plans for Commerce Way Definitive
Subdivision were approved, they needed to be signed and filed within six (6) months in
Land Court. It taxes approximately three (3) to six (6) months to deregister the land
and then try to get through the land court standards. He spoke with Mr. Houston and
they are requesting a modification to waive and extend the six (6) month requirements
for an additional six (6) months since it will take longer to complete this process. Also
they are requesting that the final set of Mylars be signed tonight.
Mr. Jenkins stated that he had no problem with this request but wanted to make sure
we are not setting a precedent by extending this requirement.
A motion was made by Ms. McClain and seconded by Mr. Jenkins to agree to this
request for an additional six (6) months and that this is deemed a minor modification to
the approved plans. Motion Approved 5 -0.
A motion was made by Ms. McClain and seconded by Mr. Jenkins to sign the final set of
Mylars for the Approved Definitive Subdivision Plans for Commerce Way at the end of
this meeting. Motion Approved 5 -0.
