TOWN OF CANTON PLANNING BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2014 SALAH MEETING ROOM 7:00 P.M. TOWN HALL MINUTES Present: Jeremy Comeau, Chairman Michael Mitcheroney, Clerk Christopher Connolly Also present: Thomas Houston, Professional Services Corporation Karen Lawlor, Planning Board Administrative Assistant Chairman Jeremy Comeau called to order the Planning Board meeting of November 19, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. First Item on the Agenda - 20 GREENLODGE STREET (ANR), Creation of five (5) lots - (Paul Brodmerkle, Site Design Professionals, Engineer) Paul Brodmerlde explained that the subject properties are three (3) existing parcels. One 2.4 acre parcel contains a single family dwelling at 20 Greenlodge Street. The other two (2) parcels have access from Greenlodge Street contain a total of 4.2 acres. This ANR plan re- subdivides the land into six (6) new parcels, five (5) of which Lots A -1 through A -5) are single family house lots with frontage on Greenlodge Street. The sixth lot, (the remaining land) has access off of Greenlodge Street for a future subdivision roadway. This property is located in a split zone with four (4) lots in Residence C and one (1) lot in Residence A. All the lots have the required frontage and are conforming. A motion was made by Mr. Connolly and seconded by Mr. Mitcheroney to Approve the Plan of Land in Canton dated November 17, 2014 and prepared by Site Design Professionals, LLC, Civil Engineers, One Merchant Street, Suite 110, Sharon, MA 02067 for the property located at 20 Greenlodge Street, Assessor's Map 66, parcels, 143, 155 & 156. Motion Approved 3 -0.
