Town of Canton, Massachusetts COMMUNITY PRESERVATION COMMITTEE Minutes of June 9, 2014 The meeting was called to order at 7:03 pm at Canton Public Library by Co-Chair, Kathy Fox Alfano. Committee Members in attendance: Alfano, Bogue, Comeau G., Comeau J., Golledge, Panico and Sundin. Absent: Lopez, McSweeney Review and Approval of Minutes Motion was made by Jeremy Comeau and seconded by Bob Golledge to approve the minutes of May 19, 2014. VOTE: 7-0-0 Officer Elections Kathy Alfano suggested having a Nominating Committee for fulfilling positions next year. Committee agreed with that suggestion. Motion was made by Jeremy Comeau and seconded by Bob Golledge to re-elect officers to their positions for another term. VOTE: 7-0-0 New Business George Comeau asked about the process for distributing CPA funds to the approved project sponsors. Beth Fiore and Lisa Lopez are meeting with the Finance Department to learn procedures and will report back to the committee. Motion: to adjourn the meeting at 7:09 pm by George Comeau and seconded by Bob Panico. VOTE: 7-0-0 Meeting was adjourned, next meeting is scheduled for September. A true record. George T.
