TOWN OF CANTON PLANNING BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 412014 SALAH MEETING ROOM 7:00 P.M. TOWN HALL MINUTES Present: Jeremy Comeau, Chairman Tori McClain, Clerk Christopher Connolly George Jenkins Michael Mitcheroney Also present: Thomas Houston, Professional Services Corporation Karen Lawlor, Planning Board Administrative Assistant Chairman Jeremy Comeau called to order the Planning Board meeting of May 21, .2014 at 7:00 p.m. Mr. Comeau stated that the hearing scheduled for tonight for 1183 WASHINGTON STREET — CANAL PROPERTIES, LLC (Definitive Subdivision Plans) has been continued to the June 18, 2014 meeting. First Item on the Agenda — REORGANIZATION OF THE BOARD A motion was made by Ms. McClain and seconded by Mr. Jenkins to open the nominations for Chairman. All in favor 5 -0 A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins and seconded by Ms. McClain to nominate Mr. Comeau as Chairman. All in favor 5 -0 A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins and seconded by Ms. McClain to close the nominations for Chairman. All in favor 5 -0 A motion was made by Ms. McClain and seconded by Mr. Jenkins to open the nominations for Vice Chairman. All in favor 5 -0
