TOWN OF CANTON PLANNING BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, JULY 23, 2014 SALAH MEETING ROOM X7:00 P.M. TOWN HALL Present: Jeremy Comeau, Chairman Michael Mitcheroney, Clerk George Jenkins Also present: Dave Sanderson, Professional Services Corporation Karen Lawlor, Planning Board Administrative Assistant Chairman Jeremy Comeau called to order the Planning Board meeting of July 23, 2014 at 7:00 P.M. FIRST ITEM ON THE AGENDA - 127 & 145 SHERMAN STREET (ANR) — (Charles Regan). Attorney Brian Levy introduced himself and stated that he represents the Regan Family. The property has been in the family since the 196o's and in 1988 they divided the lot into two (2) parcels with an ANR Plan which was endorsed by the Planning Board. There is an accessory building and they are seeking to modify the common boundary to make it more accessible since there is a fireplace and a rear entrance. Ms. Jody Regan, the sister to Mr. Charles Regan introduced herself and is in support of this ANR. A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins and seconded by Mr. Mitcheroney to approve the ANR as submitted. Approved 3 -0 Mr. Comeau asked that the Agenda items be taken out of order with #5 next - Kelly Monahan of 30 Mt. Vernon Street — Wants to Discuss the Proposed Tot Lot for Washington Commons. Mr. Comeau stated that he wants to let everyone know that he knows Ms. Monahan and her mother is his godmother.
