TOWN OF CANTON PLANNING BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2014 SALAH MEETING ROOM X7:00 P.M. TOWN HALL MINUTES Present: Jeremy Comeau, Chairman Kristin Mirliani, Vice Chairman Tori McClain, Clerk Also present: John Rhodes, Professional Services Corporation Karen Lawlor, Planning Board Administrative Assistant Chairman Jeremy Comeau called to order the Planning Board meeting of February 19, 2014 at 7:10 p.m. 1St Item on the Agenda — 7o HUDSON ROAD (Pat's Contracting) Requesting Recommendation on Plans Detailing Outdoor Storage and landscaping (Paul A. Schneiders, Attorney). Attorney Schneiders explained that this is the second time before the Board. He is sorry for the inconvenience and we did not give enough attention to the outside storage and the Zoning Board has requested it on the Plan. We received a 5 -0 Vote from the Planning Board and the drainage calculations will be available tomorrow. We could like to address everything else without the drainage calculations. John Rhodes from PSC stated that in all honesty the stormwater is the most important part of the site plan. He only has a few issues with this plan. First he wanted to say that he knows Pat McCabe and he is a good contract. Other issues include obtaining Fire and Police approval; the roof top equipment is significant and might need disclosure. The applicant can either obtain a waiver through the site plan or a variance through the Zoning Board, and the outside storage is a zoning matter. The Site Plan was well thought out and laid out.
