INUTE Present: Jeremy Comeau, Chairman Kristin Mirliani, Vice Chairman Chris Connolly George Jenkins Also present: Tom Houston, Professional Services Corporation ]Karen Lawlor, Planning Board Administrative Assistant Paul Brodmerke introduced himself as the engineer for the applicants. In July, 2013 they were before the Board for an ANR for 107 Elm Street to create a new house lot. They are now seeking to create a separate unbuildable lot for the pool and tennis courts. A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins and seconded by Ms. Mirliani to create a separate unbuildable lot in accordance with a Plan of Land in Canton, MA, dated December 6, 2013 and prepared by Site Design Professionals, LLC, Sharon, MA. Motion approved 4 -0. d Item on d.. - STILLWATER ESTATES (Paul, n Esq.) Attorney Paul Schneiders introduced himself, Tony Will, owner of the property, and Paul Brodmerkle, the engineer for the project. Attorney Schneiders explained that this project has been continued due to litigation proceedings regarding Flexible subdivision plans since November of 201o. Through no fault of the Board or the Petitioner, we did not know how to proceed with a flexible plan.
