Minutes Board of Selectmen December 6, 2013 Memorial Hall - Salah Meeting Room Present: Gerald A. Salvatori, Jr., Chairman, Avril T. Elkort, Vice-Chairman, Robert E. Burr, Jr., Clerk, Victor D. Del Vecchio, Member, John J. Connolly, Member, Jennifer Bright, Administrative Secretary. Meeting was called to order at 4:15 p.m. Mr. Salvatori opened the meeting by stating that this meeting was continued from the meeting held on December 3rd regarding a decision on the layout of Wayside Lane. He noted the Mr. Considine and his engineer, Mr. Geisel, met with the Planning Board and reached a compromise regarding the layout. The Board was given a copy of the new plan. The Town Engineer, Jim Donovan, was satisfied with the compromised plan for the layout and was recommending approval. Motion was made to approve the compromise plan for the layout of Wayside Lane, as recommended by the Town Engineer. Motion: Mr. Burr Second: Ms. Elkort Vote: 5-0 Motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 4:20 p.m. Re pectfully Submitted, obert E. Burr, Jr., Clerk
