COMMUNITY PRESERVATION COMMITTEE 
Minutes of September 19, 2013 
 
After notice, a meeting of the Community Preservation Committee (CCPC) was held on 
Thursday, September 19, 2013 at the Canton Public Library, beginning at 7:10 pm. 
 
Committee Members in attendance: Alfano, Lopez, McSweeney, Bogue, & Golledge. 
 
Observers: none 
Absent: Comeau, Sundin, G., Panico, & Comeau, J.

Review of the Public Forum of September 17.

Lisa, John and Larry reported on the Public Forum of Sept 17. 3 people attended and 
were most interested in historic renovation projects at Plymouth Rubber, Little Red 
House and the Canton Corner Cemetery. 
 
There will be one more Public Forum on Monday, Sept 23. 
 
Other Business 
 
The Chairman suggested that the Committee form experts in each of the tenets of the 
CPA. The following teams were established:

Housing - John McSweeney and Jeremy Comeau 
 
 
Open Space – Deb Sundin and Bob Golledge 
 
 
Historical - George Comeau and Kathy Fox Alfano 
 
 
Recreation – Larry Bogue and Bob Panico 
 
 
Abatements – Lisa Lopez 
 
There hasn’t been any response yet to our public survey online.

The CCPC plans to continue meeting bi-monthly (1 and 3 Thursday) at the discretion of 
the Chairman.
