Minutes of the meeting of April 25, 2013 PRESENT: Paul B. Carroll, Chairman Gregory L. Pando John S. Marini Also Present: Kevin Feeney, Alternate Member Velma J. Coffey, Admin. Assistant Chairman Carroll opened the meeting at 7:03 PM. Chairman Carroll then read the agenda and continuation dates of pending hearings. Informal Hearing Mass Audubon – 963 Washington St – new Banner New exhibit starting May 5 – change in banner. Sharon Lee, from the Mass Audubon Visual Arts Center appeared before the Board to request a new exhibit banner. Exhibit th th starts May 5 and ends September 15. They would like to put up a new banner on April th 30. Motion made to grant a Special Permit to allow changing of the current exhibit banner to the new exhibit banner: Massachusetts Masterpieces: The Decoy as Art. Dates: th th th May 5-Sept. 15. Approved to install on April 26 and remove on September 15. Voted 3-0 to approve . Pequit View Condominiums LLC – off Turnpike St – 04-13-Mod SPA-SP-V Modification of site plan, to construct access road to Turtle Brook Condominiums. Patrick Considine appeared before the Board to continue this hearing until June 13, 2013. Chairman Carroll said this would be the last continuation. You can withdraw and re-file if you are not ready. Mr. Considine said he has met with other Boards. Chairman Carroll said to let us know if you are not ready. We would allow you to withdraw. Continuation th Voted 3-0 to allow. to June 13 is reasonable. Chairman Carroll then read the list of continuations and their continuation dates. David Bartorelli/Organogenesis – 150 Dan Rd-21-13-Mod SPA-SP-V 2 chillers, cooling tower, shed, concrete pad for CO2 tank, generator, and close one entrance driveway. Dave Bartorelli and Chris Mulhern (Architect) appeared before the Board. They have 4 properties on Dan Rd. They are replacing two 25 year old chillers. We recently came before the Board and you granted our request for reduction in parking. Mr. Mulhern said this process requires more cooling. They will replace units existing nd (vapor cooled chillers vs air cooled), CO2 tank is existing, this is 2 back up to support incubators, replace existing generator (new is larger size). Chairman Carroll said this is not new equipment, it is replacement? (YES). Mr. Bartorelli said we need CO2 to make
