Feeney – ZBA Alternate Member filling in for Velma Coffey (in absentia) Gene Manning, Chairman of the Economic Development Committee came before the Board to discuss Expedited Permitting on 10 and 20 Dan Rd. and Article for Annual Town Meeting (ATM), 43D Expedited Permitting. Chairman Carroll said that the ZBA: -As a matter of practice does not support or oppose Town Meeting articles -ZBA needs to be neutral -ZBA always t ries to deal with permits as expeditiously as possible ZBA members concur that this is an appro priate 43 D site. Mr. Carroll opened the meeting at 7:00pm in the Salah Meeting Room, Memorial Hall. First items are for sign review: Unity Feeds – 626 Washington St – Sign (PC, GP, JM) Mr. Carroll noted that this is the only sign capable of directional flashing in neon. Mr. Walsh disagrees and is not happy about the chalkboard per Chairman Carroll, and Ms. Walsh should speak with him about objections to the chalkboard. Mr. Carroll noted that the ZBA looks forward to the eventual improvements in the Unity Feeds sign. Casework Banner & Design – 1000 Turnpike St – SIGN – 23-10-SP-V (PC,GP, JM ).
