Minutes of the Meeting of April 7, 2011 PRESENT: Paul B. Carroll, Chairman Greg Pando John S. Marini (for Organogenesis & Medfield Eateries/Dunkin Donuts hearings) ALSO PRESENT: Kevin T. Feeney – ZBA Alternate Member filling in for Velma Coffey (in absentia) Mr. Carroll opened the meeting at 7:00pm in the Salah Meeting Room, Memorial Hall. Tr – 726 Washington St – 03- 11-SPA-SP-V Petitioner to construct addition to 2 story bldg with new parking area, sign (Continued to April 14, 2011) Grimalvo & Sylvia Ruscito – 580 Randolph Street – 02-11-Mod SP-V Alteration of a non-conforming structure, special permit modification (Continued to April 14, 2011) Mr. Pando said he has corresponded with the Engineer and Mr. Pando is doubtful they (the Engineer and the client) have a clear understanding of what the ZBA is looking for.
