Min utes of the Meeting of April 22, 2010. PRESENT: Paul B. Carroll, Chairman Gregory L. Pando John S. Marini ALSO PRESENT: Velma J. Coffey, Admin. Asst/ Recording Secretary Chairman Carroll opened the meeting at 7:03 and read the agenda items. Sica Family Trust – 870 Pleasant St – 09-10-SPA-SP-V (PC,GP,JM) This is put Petitioner would like to divide lot into 2 lots; needs variances for both lots. nd on for 2 call. Intoccia Constr/Blue Hill Country Club – 23 Pecunit St – 08-10-ENCU-SP-V (PC, GP, KF) – continued to May 13th Turnpike Donuts Inc – 2790 Washington St 10-10-Mod SPA – SP-V (PC,GP,JM) th continued to May 13 Request to continue this per letter from Atty. Joyce. This will be , (after they go to Planning Board) 02 Realty Holding Co – 955 Turnpike St 13-10-SPA-SP-V (GP,JM, KF) continued th to May 13 (after they go to Planning Board) Springdale Gardens - 57 Old County Way – 15-10-SP-V Atty. Suzanne Matthews represents the petitioner. She met with abutters and the questions have been resolved. This petition needs variances on the following issues, height, where it is situated, and they have met with the neighbors. Motion made to grant the variances applicable to the provisions of the zoning by-laws on frontage, lot area, lot width thru the building, side yard and height. Section 1.24, Variances, so that a 2 story wood single family dwelling according to Sharon Survey Service dated March 2, 2010. Abutters came in and they like the plan. Chairman Carroll said that the Board reluctantly gives out Variances unless it is in the best interest of town and the neighborhood, if the Voted 3-0 to approve. neighbors are in favor. INFORMAL HEARINGS Mass Audubon Visual Ctr – 963 Washington St – banner Steve Landry appeared for the petitioner. They have a new exhibit to go up May 9 – Sept 19 – Woodcuts by Andrea Rich. There will be 40 images on display. John Marini said that “you do a good job”. Mr. Pando had no comment. Motion made to replace the Voted 3-0 to approve exhibit sign to Woodcuts by Andrea Rich. .
