This unit is now 1200s.f., relief is requested for this size unit. The By-Law was meant to rehab Neponset Street. (Mr. Marini was involved with writing this By-Law which reads relief for 3 or more units without 5 acres, if demo-ing 10K plus 7K ea unit). GR requires 4500s.f., 10K plus 2K for a duplex, he has 17K. John Marini and Ellen Arsenault-Jones, an abutter, were also present and spoke. Chairman Carroll is in favor of this By-Law. Atty. Chairman Carroll asked if there was drainage – one catch basin? Owners says yes, a 6” d ia. Chairman Carroll wants an Engine er’s opinion. Ms. Arsenault said they addressed the height, and reduced the square footage (from 1600 to 1200s.f.) Chairman Carroll said they would vote continent on E ngineer looking at it. Has Mr. Houston seen this? NO. Ms. Arsenault said she is in the lowest area. Chairman
