Carroll, Chairman James Fitzgerald Robert Quigley ALSO PRESENT: Velma J. Coffey, Recording Secretary Chairman Carroll opened the meeting at 7:07pm in the Salah Hearing Room, Memoria l Hall. Criterion Canton Apt. – Windsor Village – Windsor Woods Lane Progress Report submitted and presented by Jamie Pennington from Criterion Development Partners, LLC. Mr. Pennington states that they are “ahead of schedule” and should have landscaping and the final road completed in September. Final approval will be contingent on a favorable report from the Building Commissioner before a final certificate of occupancy will be issued. There are four items pending at this time. Continued to 9/27/07 meeting for update. Brett Rodman – 43-07-V – 60 Oak Rd Decision due 9/23/07. Continued to 9/06/07 Canton School Committee – 06-07-SPA – Lot 38B North St (PC,JF,GP) Decision is due 7/30/07. Continued to 9/06/07 Allan & Patrice Fillebrown – 10-07-ENCU/B – 40 Downes Ave. (PC,JF,GP) Decision due 9/15/07. Continued to 9/06/07 Shawmut Park LLC –14-07-Mod/SPA – 65 Shawmut Rd. (JF,GP,CA) Decision is due 6/13/07. Continued to 9/06/07. Shawmut Park LLC –14-07-Mod/SPA – 75 Shawmut Rd. (JF,GP,CA) Decision is due 6/13/07. Continued to 9/06/07. The following Decisions were signed: Justin Robinson – 47-07-SP-V – 11 Stonewood Dr George & Dolores Irish – 45-07-ENCU/B-V – 75 Waterman Rd William Conard – 46-07-ENCUB/V – 9 Sawyer Ave Chairman Carroll read a letter from Attorney Suzanne Matthews representing Maria Caulfield, 1 Adrienne Dr, requesting an extension on a decision from August 2006. Motion made to approve the extension. Voted 3-0 unanimous to approve. There were no Informal Hearings.
