Pando ALSO PRESENT: Susan Franco, Recording Secretary Chairman Carroll opened the meeting at 7:00pm in the Salah Hearing Room, Memorial Hall. Chairman Carroll spoke for the Board in thanks to Sue Franco for all her hard work. She will be sadly missed. The Board wishes her well in the future. The Board presented her with cards. Chairman Carroll also congratulated Board member Greg Pando (who arrived late to the meeting with good reason) on becoming a Grandfather for the first time. His granddaughter, Lola Bonwell, was born July 11, 2007 and weighed in at 6 lbs, 10oz. Criterion Canton Apt. – Windsor Village – Windsor Woods Lane Continued to 8/23/07 Irish Cultural Center 200 Boston Drive – Present was Brian O’Donovan, Director of Festival. Per Chairman Carroll, they are pleased with the way this festival is conducted, but the music was an issue. Special Permit for limited purpose granted with the following stipulations: Music schedule: Friday 8pm-11:30pm, Saturday 12:30pm to 11:30pm, Sunday 12:30pm to 10:30pm. Danny Schiavo – 224 York St Suzanne Matthews presented. Withdrawn without prejudice. Canton School Committee – 06-07-SPA – Lot 38B North St (PC,JF,GP) th Decision is due 7/30/07. Continued to 7/26/07. Greg Pando will not be available on July 26 and due to his extreme interest in this matter, asked that it be continued to a later date. Mr. Pando will speak to Paul Matthews, Attorney on this matter. A request for an extension will be filed by petitioner.
