Minutes of the Meeting of June 28, 2007 PRESENT: Paul B. Carroll, Chairman James Fitzgerald Gregory L. Pando ALSO PRESENT: Susan Franco, Recording Secretary Velma J. Coffey, Recording Secretary in Training Chairman Carroll opened the meeting at 7:00pm in the Salah Hearing Room, Memorial Hall. Chairman Carroll spoke for the Board in thanks to Sue Franco for all her hard work and support over the last 10 years. She will be sadly missed. The Board wishes her well in the future. The Board also welcomed Ms. Coffey.
