Minutes of the Meeting of April 26, 2007.

 Mr. Carroll opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the Salah Hearing Room, 
Memorial Hall. 
 
Mass Audubon Society – 963 Washington St. 
 
 Ms. Amy Montague came before the Board representing the petition on an 
informal basis. She stated it is time again for a new exhibit and they are requesting to 
locate a new banner sign. 
 
 Mr. Pando moved to approve the banner for Denis Slavreul’s Journey in 
Watercolors, to be hung from now until September 23, 2007. The move was seconded 
and the Board voted unanimously to approve. 
 
Sunoco – 702 Neponset Street 
 
 Attorney Paul Schneiders came before the Board representing petitioner 
informally. He stated the petitioner came before the Board previously and received 
approval for a change of signs. He stated they noticed an error in one of the signs, it was 
shown on the plans as two feet in width and it is actually supposed to be three feet in 
width. He stated it is the sign that runs across the building. He stated it is supposed to be 
internally illuminated and that was not stated at the hearing. 
 
 Mr. Carroll stated the petitioner should submit a plan showing the three foot wide 
sign. 
 
 Attorney Schneiders stated they would do that. 
 
 Mr. Pando moved to find the request as a minor modification. The move was 
seconded and the Board voted unanimously to accept.
