Minutes of the Meeting of February 1, 2007. 
 
PRESENT: Paul B. Carroll, Chairman 
 James F. Fitzgerald, Jr.

 Mr. Carroll opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the Salah Meeting Room, Second 
Floor, Memorial Hall. 
 
James Marathas – 15 Endicott St. 
 
 Attorney Paul Schneiders appeared on behalf of the petitioner. He stated the 
petitioner has not arrived yet and he requested to be second called. 
 
D & J Susi, Inc. – 21 Capen Place 
 
 Attorney Richard Staiti appeared on behalf of the petitioner. He stated they have 
not gone to the Planning Board yet and they have had a couple of problems with 
engineering. He requested a continuance to the first meeting in April. He stated he has 
signed an extension, he notified the neighbors that he is requestin g a continuance and 
there is a letter of support in file from Gene Manning. 
 
 Mr. Carroll continued the hearing to April 12, 2007. 
 
Gaetano Puleo and Nunzio Puleo – 465 Turnpike Street 
 
 Attorney Chris Timson appeared on behalf of petitioner. Mr. Burke of the 
DeCelle Group was also present on behalf of the petition. 
 
 Mr. Carroll stated the Board has received a favorable recommendation from the 
Planning Board with conditions. 
 
 Attorney Timson stated they have no issue with the Planning Board’s condition s 
but the only change would be that they are putting in a new storm water system as 
opposed to trying to resurrect the old system. 
 
 Mr. Carroll stated that is better. He stated he is concerned that there is no 
landscape plan. 
 
 Attorney Timson stated they will get one.
