Minutes of the Meeting of January 25, 2007.

 Mr. Carroll opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the Salah Hearing Room, 
Memorial Hall. 
 
Mass Audubon Society – 963 Washington St. 
 
 Ms. Amy Montague came before the Board representing the petitioner. She stated 
they are requesting to change their banner sign to reflect a change of exhibit. She stated

the new exhibit opens on February 3 and it is a photography exhibit. 
 
 Mr. Carroll stated it is a reasonable request and he has no questions. 
 
 Mr. Pando stated he has no questions. 
 
 Mr. Fitzgerald moved the petition of Mass Audubon Society for a change of 
exhibition sign to be in ac cordance with the submitted plans labeled Exhibit A, sign to be 
allowed until April 29, 2007. The move was seconded and the Board voted unanimously 
to approve. 
 
OHC – Indian Woods Way 
 
 Mr. Jim Cornblatt , counsel for OHC, came before the Board representing 
petitioner. He stated he is here to establish a bond for the remainder of outstanding items 
at the project. 
 
 Mr. Carroll stated he spoke with Ed Walsh regarding this site and found there is a 
quite of bit of work yet to be done. 
 
 Mr. Cornblatt stated he has a list of things to be done and an amount of money for 
each.
