TOWN OF CANTON PLANNING BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 16, 2013 SALAH MEETING ROOM 7:00 P.M. TOWN HALL MINUTES Present: Chris Connolly, Chairman; Gary Vinciguerra, Vice Chairman; Kristin Mirliani, Clerk; Jeremy Comeau, George Jenkins Also present: Tom Houston, Professional Services Corporation Karen Lawlor, Planning Board Administrative Assistant Meeting came to order at 7:00 p.m. Chairman Chris Connolly called to order the Planning Board meeting of January 16, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. 1St Item on the Agenda — WASHINGTON COMMONS (Stephen T. David, Manager) Change of Bond from Tripartite to Mortgage Backed Surety) was continued until February 3, 2012. 2 "d Item on the Agenda - EVELYN ESTATES (Evelyn Way) (Paul A. Schneiders,Atty.) (Possible Reduction of sidewalk width) was continued until February 6, 2013. V Item on the Agenda - STILLWATER SUBDIVISION (Paul A. Schneiders, Atty.) (consider converting to a conventional subdivision) was continued until June 5, 20123) 4th Item on the Agenda — H.T. BERRY CO., (Paul A. Schneiders, Atty.) (Site Plan Review). Paul Brodmerkle introduced himself as the Engineer representing the applicant, H.T. Berry Company, Inc., located at 50 North Street in Canton, MA, Chris Nolan, President and Paul Maguire, Director of Buildings. He passed out a Petition of J.T. Berry Co., Inc. for Modification of Site Plan et al. to all the Planning Board members, and stated that they were going before the Zoning Board on January 24, 2013. He further explained that H.T. Berry is seeking a modification of its site plan; a special permit for reduced parking;
