TOWN OF CANTON PLANNING BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, MARCH 6, 2013 SALAH MEETING ROOM 7:00 P.M. TOWN HALL MINUTES Present: Chris Connolly, Chairman; Gary Vinciguerra, Vice Chairman; Kristin Mirliani, Clerk; Jeremy Comeau Also present: Tom Houston, Professional Services Corporation Karen Lawlor, Planning Board Administrative Assistant Chairman Chris Connolly called to order the Planning Board meeting of February 20, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. 1 St Item on the Agenda — ANR — BLUE HILLS ASSOCIATES, INC., 23 Pecunit Street (Paul Brodmerkle, Site Design Professionals, LLC.) (Attorney Paul Schneiders)(continued from February 20, 2013) Attorney Schneiders explained that both he and Paul Brodmerkle were unable to attend the meeting on February 20, 2013. This same plan came before the Planning Board and was approved 4 years ago. Mr. Brodmerkle stated that since he was unable to attend the meeting on February 20, 2013, he sent Kristine Meaney of Site Design in his place. This is a complicated plan and a lot going on but all they are trying to do is a land swap. The lot is wider toward the rear and there is a lot of ledge, so they would like to move the house further back to avoid some of the ledge. He further explained that he added Pecunit Street; added county layout; took out tie lines; added metes and bounds; and conveyed the right of way with access. He further stated that this is pretty confusing and it is unusual to have frontage on two public ways. Mr. Vinciguerra was concerned that the current area is Blue Hill Country Club property and wanted to know who owns it. Also, will the parking for the County Club be displaced.
