TOWN OF CANTON PLANNING BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2013 SALAH MEETING ROOM 7:00 P.M. TOWN HALL MINUTES Present: Chris Connolly, Chairman; Gary Vinciguerra, Vice Chairman; Kristin Mirliani, Clerk; and Jeremy Comeau Also present: Tom Houston, Professional Services Corporation Karen Lawlor, Planning Board Administrative Assistant Chairman Chris Connolly called to order the Planning Board meeting of February 6, 2013 at 6:45 p.m. A motion was made by Mr. Comeau and seconded by Ms. Mirliani to open up Executive Session per M.G.L. c. 30A, §21(a)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to litigation: Joseph Crugnale, Trustee of the Stonewood Realty Trust v. Town of Canton Planning Board (Norfolk Superior Court C.A. No.:2012- 00509). Members were polled: Mr. Comeau was in favor, Ms. Mirliani was in favor, Mr. Vinciguerra recused himself, and Mr. Connolly was in favor. Motion passes three (3) in favor with one (1) abstention. EXECUTIVE SESSION EXECUTIVE SESSION CLOSED 1 St Item on the Agenda — ANR — MILAN & MILENA HUMPLIK,115 High Street (Paul Brodmerkle, Site Design Professionals, LLC.). Mr. Brodmerkle explained that this is a simple housekeeping issue. There are two (2) lots involved and the applicant would like to sell Lot B. They want to move the lot line easterly because there is a pool involved and they need to have the pool located on the lot. There is a mortgage holder on one lot so they couldn't take any land from that lot. This is pretty straight forward and both lots have frontage.
