1 1' fi V , I V , R MINUTES Present: Kristin Mirliani, Chairwoman; Jeremy Comeau, Vice Chairman, Chris Connolly; Gary Vinciguerra; George Jenkins Also present: Tom Houston, Professional Services Corporation Karen Lawlor, Planning Board Administrative Assistant Meeting came to order at 7:00 p.m. Chairwoman Kristin Mirliani called to order the Planning Board meeting of May 16, 2012. 1 St Item on the Agenda — Reorganization of Board. Ms. Mirliani asked for a motion to open up the nominations. A motion was made by Mr. Connolly and seconded by Mr. Vinciguerra to open up the nominations for the Reorganization of the Board. A motion was made by Mr. Vinciguerra and seconded by Ms. Mirliani to nominate Chris Connolly as Chairman of the Planning Board. A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins to nominate Jeremy Comeau as Chairman of the Planning Board. A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins and seconded by Mr. Vinciguerra to close the nominations for Chairman of the Planning Board. Mr. Comeau stated that all the nominations need to be made for all positions and then voted on.
