TOWN OF CANTON PLANNING BOARD MEETING MONDAY APRIL 30, 2012 CANTON HIGH SCHOOL CAFETERIA 900 WASHINGTON STREET 7:00 P.M. MINUTES Present: Kristin Mirliani, Chairwoman; Jeremy Comeau, Vice Chairman, Gary Vinciguerra; Chris Connolly, George Jenkins Meeting came to order at 7:00 p.m. Chairwoman Kristin Mirliani called to order the Planning Board meeting of April 30, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. The Board discussed Article 39. Acceptance of Historical Way. The proponents from Historical Way presented updated plans that reflected the current road layout and the relevant easements. The Board reviewed a letter from 1966 from the DPW noting that the road satisfied the DPW in terms of its construction. The Board voted 5 -0 to send a favorable recommendation to ATM for the acceptance of Historical Way. It was then communicated to the PB that the BOS had decided that the road could not be accepted at ATM because proper notice had not been given to the neighbors on the street. BOS recommended that the road be resubmitted at the next ATM. A Motion to Adjourn was made. All those in favor 5 -0. Meeting Adjourned. r Christopher Con oily, Clerk
