New Business ATM Warrant Discussions — Chairman Hines stated that he has not received a copy of the draft Warrant. Last year FINCOM received the draft when it went to town counsel for review. He has requested the draft so that the FINCOM can begin its diligence on potential articles. The official Warrant will not be released until the warrant has been approved by the Board of Selectmen (scheduled for February 7). However, he noted that if FINCOM is unable to commence discussions on the warrant articles before February 7, it is unlikely that the Discussions on the articles will be ready by March 15, as requested in the ATM timeline. Mr. Hines also stated that it would be beneficial to the FINCOM if an article were submitted on next year's town meeting warrant to change some of the dates on the time -line schedule so that the FINCOM would have sufficient time to review and vote the warrant articles. ResilInation of Finance Committee Member John Friel — It was with regret that Chairman Hines announced that he had accepted the resignation of John Friel, due to personal reasons.
