Shea, P.E. 124 Notice of Intent submitted W Facility Improvements Proposed plan explains the following: • Redevelopment and rehabilitation of existing 11,600 square feet DPW garage building, locker and office site. • New construction of 1,700 square foot administration building. • Proposed work will be within the buffer zone of the following resource areas: 1. 100' Bordering Vegetated Wetland approximately 4,500 square feet. 2. 200' Riverfront Area Bank Buffer Zone — approximately 4,500 square feet. 3. Bordering Land Subject to Flooding — approximately 300 square feet. • Proposed construction of 28 foot deep by 90 foot (2,500 sq.ft.) wide pole barn style truck port. • Proposed Notice of Intent also includes: 1.
