Majority of storm water runoff from site is collected into a closed drainage system with catch basins and pipes. Runoff flows towards the south to an abutting property. Abutting property owner disputes the applicant's rights to discharge onto his property and has blocked point of discharge and applicant has to re -route storm water to the abutting property owned by Wampatuck Realty Trust. Proposal: • Installation/repair of curbing along the southern edge of pavement to direct runoff into three new deep catch basins, to be installed next to curbing. • Runoff to be carried from the catch basins through reinforced concrete pipe and through two new drainage manholes. 1 Hc 1120/10
