Plans have been partially reviewed by Conservation Agent Robert Murphy, Mr. Murphy has commented /recommended the following: • Request for Temporary Variance to work in the 30' No Build Zone, only entrance to the construction site. • Construction of walkway /walking trails needs to be moved, plan shows walkway /walking trails are in the 30' No Build Zone. • Letter from the Fire Department requesting ramp required for public safety reasons. • Snow storage overlapping landscaping, need to redesign or move. • Land Surveyor Signature required on each sheet of submitted plans. • Planting plan required. 1 he
