1. Vote to Approve: Application to Obtain a (Special) Entertainment Permit at a
One-Day Event for Harvey Robbins for a concert to be held at Prowse Farm, 5
Blue Hill River Road on Saturday, September 13, 2008, with a rain date of
September 14, 2008, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. contingent upon
Police/Fire/Building approval;
2. Vote to Approve: Request for a Block Party on Park Drive to be held on
Wednesday, September 10, 2008 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Police and Fire
approval received);
3. Vote to Approve: Request for a Block Party on Upper Kings Road to be held on
Saturday, September 21, 2008 from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. contingent upon
Police/Fire approval;
4. Vote to Appoint: Joseph Donovan to the Canton Cultural Council;
5. Notice of Intent to Appoint: Judith Levitsky to the position of Secretary to the
Board of Selectmen effective September 18, 2008;
