Motion: Mr. Salvatori Second: Mrs. Elkort Vote: 5-0 Tracy Wood Road -Paul Schneiders Mr. Paul Schneiders was present representing the property owner, Tim Bubula. Mr. Schneiders noted that Mr. Bubula had purchased property at the end of Tracy Wood Road and planned to develop it. He was planning on constructing single family homes on eight separate lots. He noted that currently the end of the road is not paved, but his client had offered cover for the cost of paving the unpaved section of the road. Mr. Schneiders noted that the current Tracy Wood Road residents were not opposed to the construction of the houses and that in fact they were happy that the land was being used, but they were opposed to the street being made a through street, as currently it is gated off. Mr. Schneiders noted that the Fire Chief, for safety purposes, would recommend that the street become a through street, but is sensitive to the residents concerns that it not be a through street. He noted that his client does not have an objection to a gate remaining on the road. Mrs. Elkort noted that if the gate was allowed, it could only be used for Police and Fire. She raised concerns regarding the cut through traffic from Indian Lane to Rte 138 if the gate could be easily moved.
