PLANNING BOARD RULES 8s REGULATIONS WORKSHOP CONTINUED • Street width • Hammerhead • Easement for snow storage (on new subdivisions) Distance from an intersection: Mr. Jenkins spoke about the 100' being un-usable for someone in the Res.C District. He feels 100' with a 10,000 sq.ft. is difficult. What is a safe distance? Are we talking centerline of the street? Are we talking centerline of the street or the driveway? What do you use to make parameters? Perhaps 25-30' from the paved way.
