The last action taken on this four street subdivision was held in 1999 in which a bond is being held for $100,000. + interest in four passbooks. There was an issue with Skyline Circle but it has been completed. Mr. Endriunias has indicated that he will put the streets up for street acceptance at the next annual Town Meeting. Mr. Houston feels that core samples should be taken. Additionally the reveal is deficient. A moderate level of testing could be done in the Spring. The Board asked if the DPW had any complaints? Has it standed the test over six years. The reveal is a safety factor. With a 3" reveal, the possibility of an overlay is gone. Mr. Jenkins mentioned also the ADA slopes and what it has done to them. He feels that a couple of cores taken on it, could do it. Mr. Pineo feels that they need to revisit this and take it up at the next meeting in January 4, 2006. 2. SITE PLAN-433 NEPONSET ST.-JOSEPH GUERREIRO, ESQ./PAUL SCHNEIDERS, ESQ. This has been continued to January 4, 2006. The Board is looking for a couple renditions of the lot, and siting of the building on the lot. GENERAL BUSINESS: Mr. Jenkins reported that at the Permit Granting Meeting he attended recently, Mr. Schneiders complimented the Board on the site visit to the Neponset St. site. Mr. Jenkins reported that this helps in the permitting process.
