Canton Conservation Commission Pequitside Farm - Tavern Room 79 Pleasant Street Canton, Ma. 02021 Final Minutes December 15, 2004 Attendance: John Friel- Chairman, Jim Sims - Vice Chairman, Bob Doe - Treasurer, Jan Hagan - Clerk, Ed Lynch, Dave McLelland Conservation Agent - Robert Murphy Recording Secretary - Heather Cahill Absent: Scott Staiti John Friel opened hearing @ 7:03 p.m. PUBLIC HEARING Raymond Chin - Lake Road DEP# 124- Christian Farland of Dunn McKenzie, representing Mr. & Mrs. Chin, presented a plan for the construction of a 4-bedroom dwelling near the 30-foot No-Build Zone. A two foot retaining wall will be built along the thirty foot no build zone. Mr. Murphy requested several additions to the plans including an outline of the wetlands area, the water flow, bearings and distances and where the roof leaders were located. The DEP number and copies of the Canton Board of Health permits for the septic system are still needed. Motion Made by Bob Doe - Continue hearing until 1/5/2005 Seconded by Jan Hagan Vote - Unanimous CONTINUA TIONS Theodore M. Vozzella - 2 Feldman Way Obtained DEP number. Minutes - December 1, 2004 Motion Made by Bob Doe to accept the Minutes of December 1, 2004 as amended. Seconded by Jan Hagan Vote - Unanimous Patrick Considine - Greenlodge Gardens Lots 1,2,3, and 15 DEP# 124-848 IRFD Ed Lynch recuses himself from that portion of the meeting on Green Lodge Garden. Greenlodge Gardens is already under an Order of Conditions associated with the NO!. Therefore no additional orders are needed. Motion Made by Bob Doe to issue a Negative Determination for the IRFD on Lots 1, 2, 3 and 15 at Greenlodge Gardens. Seconded by Jan Hagan Vote - 5 Yes 0 No Ed & Paula Shea - 10 Elm Street IRFD Pequit View - Off Waterman Road IRFD Recommendation by Mr. Murphy that these two lots are outside the resource area. Motion Made by Bob Doe to issue a Negative Determination for the IRFD on 10 Elm Street and Pequit View off Waterman Rd. Seconded by Jan Hagan Vote - Unanimous Canton Lanes Partnership - 100-110 Washington Street DEP# 124-892 COC Mr. Murphy indicated that the area is in compliance. Motion Made by Bob Doe to issue Certificate of Compliance for DEP# 124-892 Seconded by Ed Lynch Vote - Unanimous Richard Donovan - Lot 20A (#5) Emerson Road DEP# 124-728 COC Mr. Lynch recused himself from the portion of the meeting on Richard Donovan Lot 20A Emerson Rd. Mr. Murphy indicated the area is in compliance. Motion Made by Bob Doe to issue Certificate Of Compliance for DEP# 124-728.
