Canton Conservation Commission Pequitside Farm - Tavern Room 79 Pleasant Street, Canton, MA. 02021 Minutes of Meeting of December 7, 2005 Attendance: John Friel- Chairman, Jim Sims - Vice Chairman, Kate Merrigan, Ed Lynch, Dave McLelland Conservation Agent: Robert Murphy Absent: Robert Doe -Treasurer, Jan Hagan - Clerk, Heather Cahill- Recording Secretary (minutes from cable 8 broadcast) Chairman John Friel opened meeting @ 7:00 p.m. Minutes - No minutes available to be approved. Chairman John Friel announced Robert Doe has resigned as treasurer; Mr. Doe will remain as a member of the Conservation Commission. Effective immediately Mr. Friel or Sims will sign time cards and prepare bills for payment and submit a warrant for the full CONCOM to approve at the next regularly scheduled meeting. This procedure will continue until the Commission is re-organized in the spring of 2006. Chairman Friel has asked the Town Administrator to the Board of Selectman, Mr. William Friel regarding guidelines of how the Board of Selectman operates. Mr. Friel stated he would like CONCOM to function following the same guidelines and when he gets them he will distribute to all members for review. INFORMAL REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION (IRFD) David Dennison Ken & Eileen Hevert Paul Powers Brian Whelan Federico Falcucci 15 Draper Street 73 Elm Street 66 Pleasant Street 5 Steeplechase Lane 15 Eagle Drive Conservation Agent Robert Murphy stated that none of the above were within the CONCOM's jurisdiction. Motion Made by Ed Lynch to issue a Negative Determination for the above five addresses. Seconded by Dave McLelland Vote: Yes - 5 No - 0 CERTIFICATES OF COMPLIANCE (COC) ESP Associates Lot 16 Skyline Drive (A new original copy needed) DEP# 124-613 Motion Made by Kate Merrigan to issue a new original Certificate of Compliance.
