Seconded by Ed Lynch Vote: 5 - Yes 0 - No 1 - Abstention OTHER BUSINESS Philip R. Furman, Trustee 2 Navaho Drive, Lot 27. cac 124-897. As Built Plans show violation of30' no build zone. Hay bales were moved after installed and many need replacing, grading and driveway are incorrect. Motion Made by Robert Doe to deny cac 124-897 and to issue an enforcement order.
