Mr. Roy Samos came before the Board initially on Dec. 11, 2003 with a proposed
free-standing sign replacement. At that hearing, the Board asked that he submit a sign
proposal without the words, "retail" to the Zoning office and the matter was continued to
this date. The petitioner's presence was not requested. Therefore, the petitioner
submitted a modified sign proposal for the Board to review and was not in attendance.

After review of the submittal, Mr. Fitzgerald moved to grant a Special Permit
(Sign) so that an existing free-standing sign can be replaced with a new, double-sided,
imernally illuminated, free-standing sign, by the dimensions of five (5') feet by six (6')
feet, to be located on a seven (7') foot pole, twelve (12') feet total in height, located
twelve (12') feet back from the street. Said sign shall not be illuminated later than 11
p.m. each night, shall be comprised of four colors or less, the word "showroom" shall be
omitted, and sign shall have suitable landscaping at the base. The move was seconded
