Minutes of the Meeting of September 23, 2004.

 Mr. Carroll opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the Salah Hearing Room,
Memorial Hall.

PPS Ventures - 2182 Washinzton St.

 Attorney Paul Schneiders came before the Board on the continued matter. He
stated the petitioner is requesting further continuance because they are still trying to work
things out.

 Peter representing Tedeschi's food store stated he would like a copy of the gas
restriction deed.

 Attorney Schneiders stated Susan Dully has that and she works at Tedeschi.

 Mr. Carroll continued the hearing to October 28, 2004.

Dunkin' Donuts - Lot 42 Dan Road

 Mr. Tom Chinetti of Dacon came before the Board informally. He stated the
Board granted site plan approval earlier this year for Dunkin Donuts and he now has a
photometric plan for the Board's review and approval.

 Mr. Pando stated he has reviewed the plan and is satisfied with it.

 Mr. Carroll stated the Board approves the plan, and stated it should be included in
the original site plan signed by the Board earlier this year.
