Minutes of the Deliberation Meeting of July 31, 2003. PRESENT: Paul B. Carroll, Chairman James F. Fitzgerald, Jr. Gregory L. Pando ALSO PRESENT: Sue Franco, Recording Secretary Ms. Diane Digirolamo, interested citizen Mr. Carroll opened the Meeting at 12:00 p.m. in the Salah Hearing Room, Memorial Hall. The purpose of the Meeting is to meet with counsel to review and discuss, if necessary, his draft decisions for the petitions of Pequit Village and Pequit View. The Board will render a formal vote on the petitions at the August 14, 2003 meeting of the Zoning Board. Mr. Fitzgerald stated he read the draft decisions of Pequit Village and Pequit View and has nothing to add. Mr. Pando stated he read the draft decisions of Pequit Village and Pequit View and has nothing to add. The Board awaited Attorney Bobrowski's arrival, however, he did not attend. Therefore, at 12:45 p.m., Mr. Fitzgerald moved for adjournment. The move was seconded and the Board voted unanimously to adjourn. Respectfully submitted, Paul B. Carroll Chairman /sf
