Minutes of the Meeting of February 27, 2003.

 Mr. Carroll opened the Meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the Salah Hearing Room,
Memorial Hall.

Canton Town Club -BANNER

 Mr. Carroll read a written request from Canton Town Club for a banner for the
period of April 17th through May 1st. The banner would be hung in the usual location on
Washington Street and would advertise for an upcoming golf tournament at Wampatuck
Country Club.

 Mr. Fitzgerald moved to approve the request. The move was seconded and the
Board voted unanimously to approve.

Roseland Prol~ertv Co. - Randoll~h St.

 Mr. Tom Connery, Attorney Rich Gallogly, Mr. Bill Moore and Mr. Fred Keylor
came before the Board representing the petitioner.

 Mr. Tom Houston of Edwards & Kelcey was also present on behalf of the Board.

 Mr. Carroll stated he spoke with Attorney Bobrowski regarding this petition. He
stated Attorney Bobrowski informed him that it is legal and would be advisable at this
time to have a closed meeting with town officials and the applicant to see if there is any
area of agreement or settlement. He stated only one member of the ZBA could be present
at that meeting. He stated that is something the town and the Board may want to consider
at the present juncture.

 Mr. Carroll suggested that for the purposes of this meeting, the Board review the
Planning Board letter dated February 26th with the petitioner and Mr. Houston and
address the issues one at a time.
